The POW-MIA Monument at ND Veteran's Cemetery

It took eight years of diligence for the Second Brigade mc, Vietnam Vets mc and Legacy Vets mc to get to the July 3 event of the unveiling and dedication of the marker with the names of 413 North Dakotans who were or are prisoners of war or missing in action.
